Act According to the Holy Spirit’s Thoughts & Inspiration

John 14:26

But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

1 Corinthians 2:14

The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.

The inspiration of the Holy Spirit is different from the thoughts of the body. Indeed, your body’s thoughts go against the Holy Spirit’s thoughts. The body’s thoughts are your own thoughts, but the Holy Spirit takes action knowing and seeing everything. Therefore, always act according to the Holy Spirit’s thoughts and inspiration. The Holy Spirit leads you to the path you must take and the tasks you must perform at each time through appropriate people. Then you will be able to take action on the Lord God’s Will, and His Will will be fulfilled.

Pray and Take Action by the Holy Spirit’s Inspiration

When you are taking action according to your own thoughts, your own ignorance stops you from accepting the Holy Spirit’s thoughts, even though your thoughts are wrong. Therefore, always pray, check, and take action according to the thoughts and inspiration of the Holy Spirit. If you pray asking the Holy Spirit to lead you according to the Holy Spirit’s thoughts, the Holy Spirit reminds you of the tasks you must do and leads you.

The thoughts of your body go against the thoughts of the Holy Spirit. If you do the work of the omnipotent and omniscient God with your own thoughts, Satan and demons get involved. When you pray, the Holy Spirit inspires your heart and helps you to take action by giving you divine thoughts, or the Holy Spirit may communicate those thoughts to you through other people. If your physical nature is too strong so you are unable to realize what the Holy Spirit needs to do through you, then the Holy Spirit may use whatever means necessary to make you surely realize and take action.

You Must Want to Receive the Holy Spirit’s Thoughts

To be able to take action following the Holy Spirit’s guidance, you must want to. You must sincerely petition and pray to the Holy Spirit to guide you. If your physical nature (in other words, your body’s thoughts) are strong, the Holy Spirit’s thoughts do not enter you. Because of that, you cannot take action according to divine inspiration. Those who are self-centered and whose own will and thoughts are strong may not receive the Holy Spirit’s thoughts. Even if they receive them, it is only in a weak way. You need to completely get rid of your own heart and thoughts and petition to take action according to the Holy Spirit’s thoughts. Then the Holy Spirit will inspire you according to perfect divine thoughts and will take action with you.

Treat Others With the Holy Spirit’s Thoughts

Everyone has different hearts, thoughts, mentalities, habits, preferences, talents, and missions. With an endlessly generous and big heart, the Holy Spirit leads each of the 8 billion people on Earth according to their unique characteristics and raises them, like leading each sheep individually; the Holy Spirit helps them to receive salvation according to their deeds.

You need to treat others with the Holy Spirit’s thoughts. God and the Holy Spirit guided their actions; They are their owners. Therefore, you need to ask God and the Holy Spirit how They have been taking action through them. You need to interact with them knowing this essence and take care of them.

When managing the valuable people of God, the Holy Spirit takes care of them using someone appropriate at each moment. However, if you manage people with your own thoughts, you will not be effective. You must take care of others with the Holy Spirit’s thoughts. Those who are being managed and taken care of should give thanks and rejoice. Once you mature spiritually, you should manage yourself; however, you still need to continuously receive the Holy Spirit’s care and management.
