A Heart that Pleases God’s Heart

Matthew 22:36-40
36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Acts 13:22
After removing Saul, he made David their king. God testified concerning him: ‘I have found David son of Jesse, a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.’

Live a life that pleases the heart of the omnipotent and omniscient God. Then you will fit God’s heart, so He will be with you. Each of you needs to have an aspect that pleases God’s heart. Then His heart will go out to you. This time period also needs to be pleasing to God’s heart. Then He will regard it as righteousness in His heart and take action with you.

The Importance of Having a Heart that Pleases God’s Heart

If people like each other, they connect and take action together. In the same way, God chooses the one who pleases His heart in each time period and fulfills the history of the Purpose of Creation with that person. Noah, Abraham, Joseph, Moses, and David were all such people; God cannot fulfill His Will with those who do not fit His heart.

A Heart that Pleases God’s Heart

Let’s use King David as an example. What was it about his heart that pleased God’s heart so much?

First, David relied on God absolutely. Second, he always believed that God was with him. Third, even when King Saul sent an army to kill him and hunted him, David treated his enemies with love. Fourth, he praised God and gave glory. Fifth, he was brave, so he led the Israelites well through wars and protected the country. Sixth, he was humble, and his love for God never changed. David pleased God’s heart in all these ways, so God called David “a man who is appropriate to God’s heart,” and He was always with him.

Make Your Heart Pleasing to God’s Heart

Though we are born with certain innate qualities in our hearts, we also have the ability to change them. We can make our hearts more fitting to God’s heart. If you struggle with your life on the line to take out the qualities that God doesn’t like and replace them with qualities that God does like, you will be successful.

Solve the Fundamental Problem

God is pleased with those who solve the fundamental problem. When a person has a broken bone and an overlying skin injury, the broken bone is the fundamental problem. If you resolve the fundamental problem, resolving the rest is easy.

There is the fundamental problem of not knowing the essence of the Bible properly. You must know the Bible correctly according to the Word God gives through the one He sends in each time period. There is also the fundamental problem of love. Those who have solved the fundamental problem of love, realizing that we must focus on spiritual love rather than physical love, are pleasing to God’s heart.

How to Please God’s Heart:

  1. Absolutely believe in the prophet or the Messiah whom God sends in each time period.
  2. Put God’s Word into practice. Know and relieve the deep heart of God, acknowledge His deeds, and follow.
  3. Promise God you will live your life relying only on Him and living with Him without changing your heart.
  4. Solve the fundamental problem and issues with your ingrained constitution.
  5. Don’t center on yourself but live without making mistakes in what you say.
  6. Absolutely believe in and love God.
  7. Live repaying God’s grace.
  8. Live a life of meeting with God and the Holy Spirit.
  9. Pray to realize more things that please God’s heart and make yourself in that way.
