God’s Theory of Harmony

James 3:17-18
But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.

What is wisdom?

There are different kinds of wisdom for different kinds of situations.

Animals have wisdom too. Even chipmunks have the wisdom to peel their food before consumption. This is the wisdom of the earth.

The Bible speaks about the wisdom that comes from Heaven. The wisdom that comes from Heaven is God’s wisdom: God’s thoughts. Therefore, when you are given Heaven’s design, things become easier to do in reality.

Who are the ones who receive the wisdom of the Heavens and not of the Earth?

They are those who make peace and those who are generous, merciful, and accommodating as peacemakers. It is so easy to make peace with people who are doing well and whom you like. However, a true peacemaker before God is a person who mediates between God and someone else who has fallen behind in faith or has made many mistakes or committed sins in the past.

Treating someone nicely who doesn’t deserve it is being generous and lenient towards them. Repaying them according to their deeds or only what their deeds deserve is not the generosity of God. Rather, it is similar to doing business at a marketplace.

Mercy is accepting the mistakes or faults of others. Christianity is a history of life, a history of harmony, a history of mercy, and a history of love. Jesus is an entity of love, a big bundle of love. God’s history is also a history of love. So you should make peace, following God’s guidelines.

Don’t forget about keeping peace

There are absolute laws in every nation and government that the citizens need to follow. In the same way, God Almighty also has absolute laws that we need to abide by. Only when we keep those laws can we inherit Heaven. Keeping this in mind, whether you are by yourself or with others, don’t forget about peace. Even if there are reasons to fight or to rebuke someone, in every situation, make peace instead. Yes, it’s not an easy thing to do. But, believe and know that making peace is obeying God’s command, and so it’s the same as making profit in your merit of faith–not just a gain in spiritual wealth but physically as well.  It is because God will allow you to gain what you want as a result.

God, the Holy Spirit, and the Lord call peacemakers closer because They love them. Meanwhile, Satan and demons closely follow those who disrupt peace because they are Satan’s workers. Therefore, work for God and not for Satan by always bearing the fruit of righteousness through harmony.
