The Mentality of Wisdom and Revelation of God and the Holy Spirit

Ephesians 1:17-19
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people,
and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength.

Paul wrote a lot of the Word, especially when he was in prison. He received the Word that was taught to him by Jesus or given to him by God. Through one message, you can realize many things.

You have to have the right mentality and mindset to receive revelations from God

When you’re at the level of receiving revelations, your spirit knows what God is trying to tell you. But it’s the body that doesn’t know. So what receives the revelation is the mind, which is a part of the body. Therefore, you must have the proper mind to receive the revelations that God gives.

The types of revelations God gives

Sometimes, God lets you realize through nature. Sometimes through dreams. And sometimes through the Word. God can also make you realize through wisdom; that is called a wisdom revelation.

Know the value of God’s revelations and be thankful

Whether big or small, the gifts of grace that God and the Holy Spirit give are tremendous! God has given you grace even from before you were born. For that grace, you shouldn’t be thankful just during your physical lifetime on earth because the things that we have received don’t end with just the physical body. As a result of receiving that grace, your body should give glory to God and rejoice so that your spirit may also do well as a result of that and go to Heaven. Therefore, we should be thankful for eternity in spirit.

When you’re in your right mind and have the right mentality of revelation, you’ll see that there are so many things that God has done and continues to do for you.
