You fail because you don’t know and because you don’t do well

Isaiah 56:7

“These I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.”

Matthew 3:8,10

Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.

Because you did something poorly, you failed at it. Also, you failed because you didn’t know and didn’t do well. People often do things without thinking, but you should always act with the mentality that you will do well, while being fully alert.

To do well, you need to pour out all your heart, your thoughts—basically your life. You need to look and measure from left to right, top to bottom, and all around. If you really desire and try to do something well, then it will go well.

Whether big or small, everyone can do well if they put in all their heart, thoughts, and effort into doing well. For example, with words, you need to speak well. If you speak well, you can even pay off a million-dollar debt.

As you are living a life of faith, you need to pray and you need to do it well. Prayer is something you offer up to God; you are giving it to someone who listens and has the power to grant what you request.

Prayer is as important as breathing. It is something you have to do right away, even on the spot. If you wait for the right moment or the right environment before praying, you will end up never praying.

You have to pray a lot, and you have to pray deeply. Pray for the things of God, the things that fulfill His Will, and promise to do those things for Him. Pray big prayers with great dedication and for certain periods of time (e.g. 40, 70, 110, 210, or 1,000 days) in order to do big work.

Always pray in the order of these four steps:
1. Offer thanksgiving to God
2. Repent
3. Promise to do things for God
4. Ask God to do things for you

God gives to the point where your wishes are fulfilled. He surely gives when the condition is set. Pray knowing God’s heart. Pray earnest and fundamental prayers to the point where tears just flow out of you. Pray sincerely. There are some things that didn’t work out because you didn’t pray.

At first, when you pray, there is a distance between you and God. But as you continue praying, God’s heart draws closer and closer to you, until you end up praying with His heart. At that point, God will be moved and He will listen and grant your prayers.

Prayers of repentance determine life and death, Heaven and Hell, because unresolved sins prevent you from going to the domain of life and from going to Heaven.

One of the biggest problems of sinning is that people don’t repent right away, and so they forget about their sins and don’t repent; thus, they end up in death. You must never take sin lightly.

Everybody lives amid sin, so the Lord needs to come and save people from sin by forgiving them. The Messiah has the authority to forgive sins so that he can save them. Life is given for life in order to pay for the sins.

You cannot inherit the kingdom of Heaven if you have sin, so repentance is like cleaning up what is dirty. It is like clearing up debt. If you have sin, you die. Sin is death. But after you repent of your sins, you come back to life, meaning you resurrect. From then on, you will be able to work with hope.

There are various sins. For example, there are your individual sins and there are collective sins. Collective sins are like your father’s debt that becomes your debt. Collective sins include the sins of the nation, the world, and the time period. The entire domain of sin needs to be resolved in order for those sins to be gone.

Take control over sin and don’t sin again.

As for prayer, people have a hard time praying because they don’t know how to pray. Praying is actually easy. You don’t need to speak eloquently before God, but you should just speak to Him plainly and simply. Pray calmly, one item at a time.

Prayer is something you must surely do. Pray every day. Pray especially in the predawn. Pray without looking at your watch and being mindful of the time. Pray a long time for thanksgiving.

Regarding prayer and repentance, be absolutely thorough.
