Rev 22:12
“Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done.
Matt 16:27
For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.
1 John 3:8
The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.
The Wicked/Evil People
The wicked torment the righteous not because it is God’s Will. If that were the case, sin would be acceptable, and they would not be punished for their deeds. Instead, the wicked oppress the righteous by their own choices and actions. Sinners commit evil of their own accord.
For example, when Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers, it was because of their wickedness. However, God helped Joseph in that situation to fulfill His Will. We must discern what is done by God’s Will and what results from human actions. It is essential to have a correct understanding of God’s work. Do not assume that it is God’s Will for the wicked to attack the righteous.
Reasons People Leave God’s Domain
There are various reasons why people leave God’s domain. Some pray with expectations of immediate help, not realizing that God is already working according to His timing. Lacking patience and endurance, they feel ignored and leave.
Others, feeling tormented by the wicked, believe it is God’s Will for them to suffer and fail to resist through prayer. However, we must destroy evil and Satan through prayer. Growth requires endurance—just as grains, fruits, and animals must endure challenges to mature. Those who fail to endure may abandon eternal blessings and falsely believe that God is not helping them.
Each person must fulfill their own responsibility. Do not be lazy or seek the easy way out. God will not help those who leave everything to Him without doing their own part. Live considering the word as life.
Entrust it to God
God grants what people ask, but only according to His timing and will. Pray with thanksgiving. Do not be disappointed when things do not unfold according to your expectations. Endure until the end, for God will bless you beyond all the harm you have suffered. He will continue to work in alignment with His will. Do not assume that God is not helping you just because things do not happen as you expect.
God finds joy in helping and loving those who love Him. His greatest hope is to take a person headed for death and lead them to the highest level of Heaven for eternal life. There is no greater hope for humankind. Since God loves us, we must live with hope, believing in the Trinity and the one He has sent.
Take Hold of the Opportunity
We must act according to God’s will at the right time. When the moment comes, that is our opportunity. God will work together with us when the time is right.
We have come this far in God’s history through sacrifice. In all aspects of life—whether studying, building a family, gaining wealth, or succeeding in faith—effort, hardships, and suffering are inevitable. However, gaining eternal Heaven and fulfilling our purpose is the greatest reward. It is far better to endure suffering while fulfilling God’s purpose than to suffer in vain without achieving it.
