1 Thessalonians 5:23
May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Timothy 2:21
Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.
John 3:3
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”
Matthew 7:24-27
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
Ephesians 4:21-24
When you heard about Christ and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus. You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
James 2:14, 2:17
14 What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them?
17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
The First and Second Creation
The first creation was carried out by God, as He created the heavens, the earth, and all creation—before creating human beings. The Trinity first established the fundamental environment needed to raise and sustain humanity.
The second creation is carried out with human beings, working together with the Trinity. Everything in the world is part of this second creation, built upon the foundation of what God originally created.
First, people must grow, develop, and mature. Then, they must follow God’s design and take action based on what God has already created.
Each person must contribute to the second creation, both physically and spiritually.
- Physically, this means developing and improving one’s life.
- Spiritually, this means living a life of faith in alignment with God’s level, so that one’s spirit may be adorned in goodness and righteousness, according to the proper time period.
To become a true counterpart to God, one must continually put in effort to refine both body and spirit. Only then can one escape a primitive life of faith, avoid the torment of hell, and fully embrace the life that God desires.
The Importance of Developing Your Faith
Believing in the Trinity without developing your faith will prevent you from experiencing true joy in your life of serving God. Without spiritual growth, faith becomes a burden instead of a blessing.
Both the spirit and the body must be saved and restored. If only one aspect is developed, misery remains.
- The people of the Old Testament believed in God, but not in the one He sent—Jesus. As time passed, even though they believed in God, they felt increasingly empty.
- Those who received Jesus were able to resolve both their spiritual and physical struggles.
In the New Testament, people lived in anticipation of Jesus’ return. However, because they were unprepared to receive Him in their hearts, bodies, and environment, they failed to accept Him when He came.
Similarly, those who believed in the new time period but remained filled with complaints, resentment, and disbelief were unable to fully embrace the new faith. They failed to transform themselves and remained rooted in their former ways.
As a result, they returned to their old lives, just as Adam and Eve were sent to work the ground from which they were taken.
By taking action on God’s design and living by the Word of the time period, life becomes more heavenly and comfortable. New hope and blessings come when you receive the new Word and develop yourself accordingly. Listen to the Word so that you may be reborn in character and deeds and become God’s counterpart of love.
Life Is About Developing Oneself
Being born is not enough. People must grow, mature, work, and sustain themselves.
- Without living properly, one will suffer from poverty, harsh environments, and hardships, which may even lead to death.
- Each person’s life reflects the level to which they have developed themselves.
Even though God has a Will, we must actively participate in it. God does not simply make things happen—each person must develop their own faith, be reborn both spiritually and physically, and shape themselves according to God’s design.
This will lead to joy, happiness, and partnership with God. There is no limit to spiritual growth. When you shape and use yourself for God’s purpose, you will experience transformation. When you live your faith normally and sincerely, you will be as successful physically as you are spiritually.
You are a temple of God (1 Corinthians 3:16). If you make yourself into a palace where God dwells, wouldn’t He come and live there?
Having Hope
People can only truly live when they have hope. Without hope, people give up. However, when you develop yourself and see the progress you’ve made, hope arises.
- Building your environment is important, but so is building yourself with God’s Word.
- Create both a spiritual environment and a physical environment for your life.
Without a strong physical foundation, your body will feel empty. Without spiritual fulfillment, even your faith will suffer.
Your Body and Spirit
Your spirit lives in the domain of your deeds. When you observe people, you will notice that their spirits either live in death or in life. Each person is repaid according to their actions.
When you become fully aware and live with spiritual alertness, your spirit and body will become even more active in the domain of life. Both body and spirit must emerge from death and live in the domain of life. The more you develop yourself, the higher your spirit will ascend.
Nothing is impossible for those who take action. Even though the path may be difficult and challenging, you must continue on the path of life.
