You Will Receive Even the Blessing God Has Permitted Only if You Take Action

Genesis 3:23

So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.

Psalms 119:113-120

I hate double-minded people, but I love your law. You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word. Away from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commands of my God! Sustain me, my God, according to your promise, and I will live; do not let my hopes be dashed. Uphold me, and I will be delivered; I will always have regard for your decrees. You reject all who stray from your decrees, for their delusions come to nothing. All the wicked of the earth you discard like dross; therefore I love your statutes. My flesh trembles in fear of you; I stand in awe of your laws.

Deuteronomy 7:12-13

If you pay attention to these laws and are careful to follow them, then the Lord your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore to your ancestors. He will love you and bless you and increase your numbers. He will bless the fruit of your womb, the crops of your land—your grain, new wine and olive oil—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you.

Mark 10:28-30

Then Peter spoke up, “We have left everything to follow you!” “Truly I tell you,” Jesus replied, “no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel  will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age: homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields—along with persecutions—and in the age to come eternal life.

Using What You Have Been Given

When you use something, it becomes yours. But when you do not use it, it will end up belonging to someone else. This applies not only to material things but also to time. If you cherish time and use it wisely, it becomes yours.

The same principle applies to the blessings God has given each person. A blessing is both receiving what you desire and receiving what God desires for you. Even those who do not believe in God will still receive basic provisions if they take action. However, the one who acts with faith and love will receive even more.

The Changing of Your Heart

When your heart, thoughts, and actions change, God may take away your blessing. Even when people receive the same treatment and love, their responses differ based on the condition of their hearts at each moment—causing them to become either good or bad. This is why you must entrust your heart and thoughts completely to God and the Lord.

God knows in advance who will turn for the worse, so He treats them even better beforehand. But if they still change for the worse despite this, it is their responsibility. People’s faith breaks because they fail to do what they must do—not because God or the one sent by Him did not treat them well.

Using Parables

The core represents what is most essential. There is no greater way to teach than by using the core as a parable. The Word spoken by the one sent by God in each time period has power like the core. Through parables, people are reminded of the importance of the message.

For example:

  • Prayer is like breathing—it is essential for life.
  • Prayer is like money—it is absolutely necessary.

God also used parables to help people understand His Will by comparing it to things they value and relate to in their daily lives.

Do Not Be Ignorant of God’s Word and Will

People who are blind to the time period are like those who live their entire lives without ever noticing even a single grain of sand among the countless grains on the shore. The same is true for those who are blind in faith.

Even when the one sent by God—the person they have long been waiting for, the one who can save them and lead them to Heaven—finally arrives, a foolish time period and a foolish person continue waiting because he does not come in the way they expected.

Following God’s Time Is a True Blessing

The Almighty God is an absolute being. When the time comes and He takes action, He does not repeat it. If you miss the time due to ignorance, the opportunity will not come again.

God prepares people in advance by teaching them through past generations—starting from their ancestors. If you live according to His Will, both God and the Lord will pour out love and blessings upon you without regret.

Working the Soil

After Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden of Eden, God said they would go work the soil they were taken from (Genesis 3:23). This refers to a person returning to their old ways—going back to the life they were living before coming to God. It is an expression of falling back into the desires and habits they had before encountering Christ. Such people return to their unchanged, fundamental nature instead of being transformed.

However, in the new history, God allows people to achieve their past desires in a different way—in a spiritual way. But many fail to realize this because they remain ignorant. People live according to what is in their hearts. Yet, a path apart from God—no matter how joyful it may seem—is ultimately the eternal path of death.

God Treats Everyone Well

God treats all people well—either directly through His actions or indirectly through the savior He sends. God never holds anything back. He treats people well so they may enter the eternal world of love and goodness. However, if someone fails to fulfill their responsibilities and ends up in Hell, God does not feel regret or unease, thinking He did not treat them well.

Each person has their own work to do together with what the Trinity is already doing for them. If someone clings to their fundamental nature and only harbors selfish desires, then in times of hardship, they will abandon God and return to the path of death, pursuing their old ways.

To understand the Word, you must refine your fundamentals by polishing and transforming your heart and thoughts.

  • The heart is the source of life (Proverbs 4:23).
  • You were chosen by God and called by Him to fulfill His purpose.
  • In the Lord, you are accomplishing what you were meant to do.

God walks with you, pours out His love upon you, and holds nothing back in helping you. Yet, despite this, some still return to the world. For them, there is no other way—they cannot be helped.

Cutting Off Attachments and Living for Eternity

To live in God, you must cut off all worldly attachments and pursue eternal things—even at the cost of physical desires.

  • You must carve out and refine your heart and thoughts.
  • You must eliminate the roots of unrighteousness.
  • You must perfect yourself, serve the Almighty God, and love Him fully.

Only then will you receive blessings.

Separating the Righteous from the Unrighteous

Both the righteous and the unrighteous come before God. You must distinguish between them and treat them accordingly. Sheep and goats must be separated.

Some people only go where they receive love. If they find someone who treats them better for the moment, they will abandon God and go elsewhere. For example, Lot’s wife in Sodom perished because she looked back, holding onto attachment to wealth and physical things. Use this story as a mirror for yourself. We must shape ourselves and not allow our fundamental nature to pull us away from God’s Will.
