Right now is the most important time. If anything has crumbled in the past, now is the time to build it up again, and now is the time to do things in an even better way. This is the moment of decision. There are two paths ahead; which path will you take? The moment when that decision is made is the most critical time because that decision changes your destiny. Whenever you are faced with choices, choose the path of life and choose the path of doing things with the Lord.

We are responsible for our destiny

Now is the time when your destiny is decided, and now is the time when your future is also decided. The present is the most important time for the earth. You have to do precisely the right thing when judging and deciding so that your future will be bright and so that past things that were dragging you down will be resolved. All the things of the past, all the regrets that you’ve had, will be resolved in a different way if you decide correctly in the present. And whatever was not done in the past must be done in the present. That’s the way God lives too.

Historically, right now is important because it’s not about simply living amongst each other. Because of all the things that happened in the past, we have to take responsibility for the problems of the world and resolve our issues. There are a lot of things that people couldn’t do. So many of our ancestors died while making history. Because the people who died in the past cannot come back to life and get it done, God’s Will is fulfilled by the people who are living in the present. That’s why, right now, we should not just rejoice amongst ourselves. We have to take responsibility for all the earth. That’s our destiny. Destiny is in the hands of the one who is in control. But, in order for God to make it happen, we have to move quickly and get things done.

Right now is the time to start

Saying, “Right now is important,” is like saying, “Go. Start. Play.” The start is so critical. Why? Because starting is half the battle. When the whistle is blown to signal the start, it’s such an important time. If you don’t run, you’ll lose. When the whistle is blown, you have to run even 0.1 seconds faster than everyone else. So, right now, start! The referee has brought the ball to the center of the court, and both teams are standing there in the middle circle. Then the referee blows the whistle. As soon as that happens, they take off! Once it starts, they can’t spare even one second. If they look elsewhere for even one second, then they are delayed by that much. Once it starts, and from that point on, you have to run with your life on the line.

Just as when playing tennis, the important time is when the ball is hit towards you. And for singers, the time when they are singing is important. You need to focus on the present time. Whether you’re walking down the stairs or washing your hands, things are happening even during those moments. That’s why focusing on the present time is important. And when you’re young, time is especially important. There are things that you can only do when you’re young, and the time to do those things is passing by right now.

Know this one philosophy clearly: right now is important, and proceed to live your life in that way. If you do, you will not make mistakes, problems will not occur, and you will always do things perfectly. Right now is important. So do things perfectly right now.
