You Have to Know. Only Then will the Lord not Bear the Cross Again
Luke 6:46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord’ and do not do what I say?”
Matthew 7:24 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the Will of my Father who is in heaven.”
At Jesus’ time, the reason Jesus bore the cross was not because he failed. Things did not work out properly because those who believed in and followed failed. Judas Iscariot failed, and the people who believed in and followed Jesus also failed to do 100%.
Even if the world blocked Jesus and refused to follow him, if the people who believed and followed at that time had done their responsibilities, were united within themselves, and did things properly according to God’s Word, it would have worked out according to God’s Will. However, Judas Iscariot did not properly know that Jesus was the Messiah, and Jesus’ disciples also barely knew that Jesus was the Messiah. As a result of that, Jesus the Messiah ultimately bore the cross for the sins of the time period and completely cleared up all their sins.
Through the cross, the Lord opened the path of salvation.
I pray that you will think of the Lord’s condition and sacrifice once again, not forsake his love, clear up your own sins, and make up your mind to prepare the Lord’s path, while giving thanks to the Lord who has saved you.
