The Purpose for Which God Sent the Messiah
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16 is a scripture about the purpose for which God sent the Messiah to the world and the representative verse about the Messiah’s purpose for coming.
As today’s main scripture says, God sent the Messiah to this world because He loved the people He created. And the greatest core message that the Messiah teaches is the Word in Matthew 22:36-40. “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and the greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Like the Word in John 3:16, if you believe in the Messiah sent by God; live according to the Word in Matthew 22:36-40, which is the Messiah’s greatest teaching; love God, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Son with all your heart, will, and life; and love your brothers with the same heart, you will complete God’s Purpose of Creation.
I bless you to fulfill the purpose for which the Messiah came to the World, fulfill God’s purpose of creation and fulfill the purpose for which you were born by putting the Word in John 3:16 into practice and therefore become the luckiest person of all.
